Joining our Team
Why Join our team?

We believe in having a good work-life balance, we support our staff to achieve this in many ways.

Our full time working week is a maximum of 38 hours over 4 days ensuring that you get an extra day to do the things you need to do or just simply have a rest.

We have 2 full staff training days a year where we close to children in order to limit the amount of extra training needed to be done on a weekend or evening as much as possible.

We have monthly staff meetings where all staff are encouraged to contribute.

We have an open door policy meaning that staff can come to us whenever needed for support with a wide range of things. Staff also have free access to our health assured scheme, which offers free confidential advice and support.

We enjoy spending time together outside of work socially but also recognise that we are all individuals with our own families, friends and lives to live.
